• You understand these Terms form a legally binding agreement.

2. About Trendibble

Trendibble is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses discover, evaluate, and collaborate with creators and influencers. We provide tools for creator discovery, account verification, campaign management, performance insights, and secure payments. Trendibble does not guarantee campaign outcomes or earnings.

3. Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Users below the age of majority must have parental or legal guardian consent.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Social Login & Influencer Verification

Trendibble supports login and social account verification via third- party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. These integrations are used to authenticate users, verify ownership of social accounts, and display public metrics. Trendibble will never post content on your behalf without your consent.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct.
• Misrepresenting identity, metrics, or campaign results.
• Uploading malware, abusive, or harmful content.
• Attempting to disrupt or bypass platform security.
• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain ownership of your content but grant Trendibble a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating, improving, and promoting the platform.

Platform Content: All software, designs, AI models, text, and media are owned by or licensed to Trendibble and may not be used without permission.

6. Payments & Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
• Payments for collaborations may be held in escrow until completion is confirmed.
• Trendibble is not responsible for disputes arising outside the platform.

7. Termination

Trendibble may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time via your settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trendibble is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Nigeria.
• Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually.
